JM Danmark buys land in Copenhagen - 170 apartments planned JM's subsidiary JM Danmark A/S has acquired building rights for 18,700 sq. m. on a waterfront site in Copenhagen, where JM plans to develop 170 apartments with a production start next year. The seller is DS Industries. In a short span of time JM has achieved considerable success in Denmark. The subsidiary, which was established only last year, already has a portfolio of eight major residential projects with close to 500 apartments.
