JM Denmark aqcuires property in Copenhagen harbour

JM Denmark – a subsidiary to JM AB – has aqcuired a property in the Copenhagen harbour area. The area comprises 32 000 m2 with a possibility to develop about 400 apartments. Payment and entry will be made in 2008, when the detailed plan for the area is supposed to be approved.
