JM Fortifies Executive Management Team

​JM's executive management team decided today to add two people to its ranks. Joining the team are Sofia Ljungdahl, incoming manager of the expanded business unit JM Property Development and Fredric Kastevik, CEO of JM Entreprenad.

“The extensive experience that both Sofia and Fredric bring to the executive management team will be extremely useful in JM’s current growth phase,” says Johan Skoglund, CEO and president of JM.

Sofia Ljungdahl, previously regional manager for JM Residential Stockholm North, will now become the business unit manager for JM Property Development. She will also be responsible for JM's rental units and JM's subsidiaries, Seniorgården and Borätt. She joined JM in 1995 and has worked with issues relating to both residential and property development. Efforts to appoint her successor as regional manager are currently in progress.

Fredric Kastevik will keep his current position as CEO of the subsidiary JM Entreprenad. He joined JM in 1997 and previous positions include regional manager for JM Entreprenad’s contracting operations.

At the same time that Sofia Ljungdahl and Fredric Kastevik take on their new responsibilities, Zdravko Marko will no longer be responsible for the two business units JM Property Development and JM Production. However, he will remain responsible for the JM Residential Stockholm business unit.

The change is effective as of July 1.
