Interim report 1 January - 30 June 2003 · Profit after financial items amounted to SEK 332m (416). · Property sales of SEK 2,101m (921) generated capital gains of SEK 399m (176), of which SEK 96m (176) is included in profit from project development. · A deal where office properties were exchanged for residential properties in Stockholm was completed with acquisition of a residential portfolio in Vaxholm. · The number of residential units sold during the period rose to 1,275 (1,251). · Profit from project development amounted to SEK 159m (470). The project development margin for the past 12 months amounted to 1.9% (12.1). · Over the past 12 months, return on equity amounted to 5% (19) and earnings per share amounted to SEK 7 (23).
