JM purchases property in Långbro Park in Stockholm

JM has signed an agreement to purchase a property for building approximately 125 dwellings in Långbro Park in Stockholm. The acquired property has been part of a planning area for Långbro Park since earlier. The purchase is worth SEK 85 million. Payment and entry date will be no later than September 30 2007.

The purchase is a complement to the 800 dwellings that JM has produced, and is still producing, in Långbro Park.
