JM#s real estate portfolio in Gothenburg now fully liquidated

JM's real estate portfolio in Gothenburg now fully liquidated JM has now sold its last remaining properties in Gothenburg and one remaining property in Skåne. The sold properties in Gothenburg are Uggledal 407:2-6, Krokslätt 101:13, Biskopsgården 46:8, Nämndemannen 1 and Nämndemannen 2. The above transaction fetched a sales price of MSEK 75 and provided in a capital loss of MSEK-6.7. In Skåne, a small hotel building in Lund was sold to the current operator for a capital gain of MSEK 4. Following these sales, JM has liquidated its entire portfolio of management properties in Gothenburg and Skåne.
