JM’s subsidiary Seniorgården AB starting production of housing in the center of Lund

JM is starting the production of 44 residential units in central Lund for its subsidiary Seniorgården AB.

The production of the residential units at Lilla Tvärgatan will start in the second quarter of 2025. The sale of the homes, whose form of tenure is tenant-owned apartments, is ongoing. Occupancy is planned for the second quarter of 2027. The housing start is reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in the second quarter of 2025.
