JM selling commercial properties in Bolinder strand, Järfälla

JM has signed an agreement with Urbanea for the sale of properties in Bolinder Strand, Järfälla. The transaction amounts to SEK 117m.

The properties being sold are Kallhäll 1:22 and Kallhäll 1:170 consisting of 12,434 square meters of premises. Total rental value corresponds to approximately SEK 14m, of which rental income amounts to approximately SEK 11m.

 

The transactions take place in the form of property sale and amount to SEK 117m with a result of SEK 37m to be reported in Q4, 2024, within the business segment JM Property Development. Transfer of legal title and payment will occur in Q4, 2024.

 

The properties consist of buildings from the old Bolinder works, built 1908-1954, in which commercial actors and local businessmen rent premises.

 

– For 25 years, JM has transformed and developed Bolinder strand into a fantastic area with around 1,000 new homes.
