JM selling commercial properties on Lidingö, Stockholm

JM has signed an agreement to sell two commercial properties in the Dalénum area on Lidingö. The transaction is worth SEK 268m and will be reported in Q4 2013 with a negative effect on earnings of SEK 23m. 

The AGA 2 and part of the AGA 1 commercial properties are part of the business premises in the Dalénum area, and also house a school, a gym, light industry and a warehouse. Total rentable space is just over 23,000 square meters. FastPartner AB is the buyer, and occupancy and payment will take place in December 2013. JM and FastPartner have also signed a letter of intent to develop housing in the Stockholm Riksby 1:13 property in Bromma.
