JM sells #Jarlaplan# in Stockholm

JM sells "Jarlaplan" in Stockholm JM has sold the Träskfloden 15 property at Jarlaplan in Stockholm to Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget Livia (publ) for a price of MSEK 401. The transaction will provide JM with a capital gain of MSEK 163. The property contains 15,600 sq.m. of residential space, 3,400 sq.m. of commercial space and 173 parking spaces. "It is consistent with JM's role as project developer to sell fully developed properties, for which reason the Jarlaplan property has been sold to a more long-term owner.
