JM sells 3 properties in Vaxholm – capital gain SEK 31 million

In deals with three tenant-owner co-operatives, JM has sold three residential properties in Vaxholm. The selling price totalled SEK 131 million, providing a capital gain of SEK 31 million. This result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2004.
