JM sells city properties for SEK 261.5m - capital gain of SEK 69m In a deal with AFA Trygghetsförsäkringsaktiebolag, JM is selling the Boken 13 and 16 properties on Vasagatan/Gamla Brogatan in Stockholm. The sales price is SEK 261.5m, generating a capital gain of SEK 69m for JM. The gain will be reported during the fourth quarter of 2002. "The deal with AFA is in line with JM's strategy of divesting finished management properties," says JM business area manager Sten Hamberg. To date in 2002 JM has sold properties for nearly SEK 3bn, with a capital gain of SEK 524m.
