JM sells fully developed properties for MSEK 307 The sale of fully developed properties is part of JM's role as project developer. In June 2000, JM has sold the residential properties Rörskarven 2 in Sollentuna, Höstvetet 1 in Stockholm, Isjakten 1-5, Orienteraren 1, 10-12, on Lidingö and the office and residential complex Planen 3 in Solna.
