JM sells newly developed office property in Frösunda for MSEK 280 to German real estate fund - capital gain of MSEK 58. In a transaction with the German fund manager Internationales Immobilien- Institut, a subsidiary of HypoVereinsbank AG, JM has sold the newly developed Hilton 4 office property in Frösunda, Stockholm. The purchase price of MSEK 280 will give JM a capital gain of MSEK 58. The gain on the sales will be reported in the first quarter of 2002. Internationales Immobilien-Institut manages real estate funds with a capital volume of around SEK 50 billion. According to JM's business unit manager Sten Hamberg, the transaction is a direct result of JM's project development concept, to acquire land, lease space and eventually sell off fully developed properties. At the same time, it is interesting to note a growing interest in Sweden among foreign real estate investors.
