JM sells office building in Brussels' EU district

JM sells office building in Brussels' EU district JM has sold the Avenue des Arts 21 office building to the German real estate fund MEAG. The building is situated in the EU district Quartier Leopold in Brussels and has 5,000 sq.m. in area. Avenue des Arts 21 was purchased in 2001 for project development. Since then it has undergone a total renovation and has been subsequently filled with tenants with ties to the EU and to activities of certain Belgian institutions. The sales price was SEK 130m, with a project development gain of SEK 22m. The deal will be reported during the second quarter of 2003.
