JM sells properties for around MSEK 100 - capital gain of MSEK 22 JM has sold four properties to different buyers for a total of approx. MSEK 100. The transaction will provide JM with a capital gain of MSEK 22. The sale includes the management properties Beckasinen 2 (a residential complex on Birger Jarlsgatan), Tegen Större 1 (small residential buildings on Lidingö) and Domnarvet 10 (an office and warehouse property in the Lunda industrial park), in addition to part of the project property Stormhatten 2 in Örebro. "The sale of fully developed properties is an important part of JM's role as a project developer, since the proceeds of these sales are reinvested in new development projects.
