JM sells properties in Vaxholm and Nacka - capital gain SEK 32 million

In deals with three tenant-owner co-operatives and a small property company, JM has sold three residential properties in Vaxholm and one residential property in Nacka. The selling price totalled SEK 123 million, providing a capital gain of SEK 32 million. This result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2004.
