JM sells properties worth SEK 381 million

In a deal with AFA Sjukförsäkringsaktiebolag, JM sells the property Barnängen 6 in Stockholm. The selling price totals SEK 303 million. At the same time, in a deal with a local tenant-owner co-operative, JM also sells the property Minören 1 in Vaxholm. The selling price totals SEK 78 million. The two deals provide JM with a capital gain of SEK 50 million. This result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2005. Payment will be available in the fourth quarter of 2005.
