JM sells property for SEK 128.5 million In a deal with Kungsleden, JM is selling the property Jakobsberg 34:6 in Järfälla, Stockholms County. The sales price amounts to SEK 128.5m and will have no earnings impact for JM. The deal will be reported in the first quarter of 2003.
