JM sells property in Brussels – capital gain SEK 10 million

JM is selling the commercial property d’Idalie 9-13 in Brussels to the Irish company Hamilton Osborne King (HOK). The JM property is located in the EU district Quartier Leopold and has space of approximately 3,500 sq.m. The selling price is SEK 90 million with a project development profit of SEK 10 million. This deal will be reported in the first quarter of 2005.
