JM sells property in Stockholm - capital gain SEK 10 million In a deal with a small property company, JM has sold the property Spelbomskan 14 in Stockholm for SEK 25 million. The capital gain from the sale amounts to SEK 10 million and will be reported in the third quarter of 2004.
