JM sells property in Stockholm for SEK 70 million - capital gain SEK 7 million In a deal with AFA, JM is selling the property Läraren 4 on Torsgatan in Stockholm. The property contains office and retail premises and a small residential section. The selling price amounts to SEK 70m and will provide JM with a capital gain of SEK 7m. This gain will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2003. Following this sale, the vacancy rate in JM's portfolio of fully developed office properties and residential properties amounts to approximately 5%.
