JM sells property in Stockholm worth SEK 17.5 million

In a deal with a local tenant-owner co-operative JM sells the property Hornlyktan 3 in Hammarby in Stockholm. The selling price totals SEK 17.5 million. The deal provides JM with a capital gain of SEK 10 million. Payment will be available, and the result will be reported, in the fourth quarter of 2007.
