JM sells property in Västerort – capital gain SEK 4 million

JM is selling a large property in Västerort to KF Fastigheter AB. The selling price amounts to SEK 60 million, which will provide a capital gain of SEK 4 million.

This result will be reported in the first quarter of 2005.
