JM sells property worth SEK 99 million

In a deal with two local tenant-owner co-operatives JM sells the two properties Domaren 14 and Timmermannen 13 in Vaxholm. The selling price totals SEK 99 million. The deal provides JM with a capital gain of SEK 35 million. Payment will be available, and the result will be reported, in the first quarter of 2006.
