JM Sells Residential Project in Stockholm

JM has sold a residential project in Stockholm with a total of 105 apartments. The buyer is Stockholmshem. The sales value is SEK 225 million.

The “Lustgården 17” project includes 105 apartments (total area 6,380 m2). The deal is worth SEK 225 million and will be reported on the income statement over the course of 2010/2011. SEK 22 million will be paid in cash for the land during the first half of 2010. The apartments can be rented through Stockholm Stads Bostadsförmedling.
