JM Sells Residential Properties in Stockholm

JM has sold two residential properties with a total of 63 rental apartments to newly formed tenant-owners' associations in Gullmarsplan in Stockholm. The purchase consideration, a total of SEK 72 million, was received in February and March. Capital gains of SEK 10 million will be reported during the first quarter of 2009.
