JM sells residential property for SEK 52.5m - capital gain SEK 15m JM is selling the residential property Sofieberg 6, which contains 41 apartments and is located in Danderyd municipality, to a tenant-owner association formed by its tenants. The sales price amounts to SEK 52.5m and provides JM with a capital gain of SEK 15m. The gain will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2002. During 2002 JM has so far sold properties for SEK 1,745m with a capital gain of SEK 285m.
