JM Sells Senior Housing in Silverdal

JM is selling a building for senior housing in Silverdal, Sollentuna municipality, to Kungsleden Äldreboende AB for SEK 113.5 million, at a profit of about SEK 18 million. Sollentuna Municipality rents the entire building with its 52 apartments and closing is scheduled for late September/early October.
