JM sells senior housing in Täby, Stockholm

JM has signed an agreement to sell a senior housing project under construction in Täby, Stockholm. The project is being implemented by JM's subsidiary Seniorgården AB, which develops residential care units in cooperation with Attendo. The deal is worth SEK 144 million.

The project consists of 54 apartments with useful floor area of approximately 4000 square meters. Revenue and profit from the transaction will be reported on an ongoing basis during 2014 within the JM Property Development business segment. HEBA is the buyer and occupancy is planned for Q4 2014.

"Cooperation with Attendo has been very good, and everything has functioned very smoothly. It is positive that HEBA is acquiring the project as the company has extensive and stable management experience," says Birgitta Seeman, who is the president of Seniorgården AB.
