JM sells senior housing on Lidingö, Stockholm

JM has signed an agreement to sell a senior housing property in the Dalénum area on Lidingö. The transaction is worth SEK 137m and will be reported in Q4 2013 with gains of SEK 10m.

The property, Geodimetern 3, was completed in 2012, and consists of 54 apartments and useful floor area of approximately 3,700 square meters. The project was implemented by JM's subsidiary Seniorgården AB. Malmegårds Fastighets AB is the buyer and payment will be made at occupancy, which is planned for December 2013.
