JM sells seven properties in Vaxholm – capital gain SEK 23 million

In a deal with Vaxholm Town and two tenant-owner co-operatives JM has sold seven residential properties in Vaxholm for a total of SEK 200 million. The capital gain amounts to SEK 23 million, which will be reported in the first quarter of 2005. Stockholm, 15 March 2005 JM AB Corporate Communications
