JM starting production of housing for the private market in Tampere

The business segment JM Finland starts the production in its first project in the city of Tampere, consisting of 30 residential units in a five-storey apartment building located in the Tesomajärvi area.

Production and sales of the residential units will start in the fourth quarter of 2024, and the time of completion is estimated for the first quarter of 2026.

The project is part of a block developed by JM, which won the designing competition arranged by the City of Tampere in 2019.

Tampere is the second biggest and the fastest growing city in Finland. Tesomajärvi is located about ten kilometers from the center of Tampere, with excellent services, traffic connections and possibilities for outdoor activities.
