JM starting production on Kajplats 6 and Kajplats Kvarnholmen in Stockholm
JM is starting production on 199 apartments in the Kajplats 6 project in Liljeholmskajen and 119 apartments in the Kajplats Kvarnholmen project at Kvarnholmen in Stockholm.
With 26 floors, Kajplats 6 will be the tallest building in Liljeholmskajen. It will have a restaurant at the top that offers an expansive view over Stockholm. The project will comprise a total of 199 apartments with 2-4 rooms, 91 of which will be in the high rise section. Production start-up will be reported in Q2 2017, with occupancy scheduled to begin in Q3 2019.
Kajplats Kvarnholmen is being constructed along the quay at Kvarnholmen at the entrance to Stockholm´s harbor. The first of two phases will comprise 119 apartments with 1-4 rooms, all of which will have a balcony, terrace or roof terrace. Production start-up will be reported in Q2 2017, with occupancy scheduled to begin in Q1 2020.
