JM starts construction of 704 homes

During the fourth quarter JM began construction of 704 residential units, including 360 in JM Residential Stockholm, 225 in JM Residential Sweden and 119 in JM International. The housing starts for JM Residential Stockholm include 107 leasehold units for Stockholmshem. Project financing is ensured for the construction projects that begun during the quarter.

“A continued strong demand has allowed us to start working on new residential projects on a good level during the fourth quarter, says President Johan Skoglund. JM began construction on 2150 residential units during 2009.
