JM starts development of homes and offices in Frösunda Park JM AB is now starting to sell tenant-owned apartments and rent out new office space in Frösunda Park, Solna. This first phase comprises 96 tenant-owned apartments out of a total of 500, and an office building of approximately 9,500 sq.m. The land subject to detailed planning that JM will take over on 1 July 2003 comprises building rights for 500 apartments and three office buildings with total space of approximately 34,000 sq.m. JM also has an option to develop a further 200 residential units and an approximately 10,000 sq.m. office building. The residential units in the first phase will be located by a stretch of woodland called Befästningskullen. Occupation is scheduled for year-end 2004. The first phase of office space consists of a 9,500 sq.m. building which will possibly be ready for tenants in 2005. Here, tenants will be able to display their brands to the some 120,000 motorists who drive past every day. The mix of offices and residential units will help to create a living district with activity and movement around the clock. The main street is Gustav III:s Boulevard which continues through Frösunda and connects with Kolonnvägen just by Solna Station. Frösunda Park is between Frösunda and Järva krog in Solna. This area is a continuation of the now well-established Frösunda where JM built four new office buildings in 1999-2001. A number of well-known companies can now be found in Frösunda.
