JM to build 140 residential units in Nacka JM has now started conversion into residential units of the former head office of Svenska Fläktfabrikens on Sickla Strand in south Stockholm. A total of 140 one- and two-room apartments are being built. 110 apartments will be tenant-owned and 30 will be rented. Most of the apartments are 38 and 48 sq.m. respectively with a ceiling height of three metres. The view from the apartments is either over Stockholm or the Nacka Nature Reserve and Lake Sickla. The area offers excellent opportunities for outdoor pursuits and recreation as well as close proximity to a large shopping centre and public transport. The project is scheduled for completion in autumn 2004. The order value is approximately SEK 180 million.
