JM to build in Charlottendal on Värmdö

JM to build in Charlottendal on Värmdö JM is now starting phase one in Charlottendal, known as Kvarnsjötorp, on the shore of the Kvarnsjön lake. This phase comprises 52 single-family homes with three different types of house. All the houses have an adjacent carport or garage and shed. The sites are large and sheltered from view with varying meadows and fields. The architecture is inspired by summer cottages from the late 19th century and the old streets of Gustavsberg. The first phase is scheduled for completion during summer 2005 and has an order value of approximately SEK 140m. Fully developed, Charlottendal will have about 350 homes as well as a school, pre-school and a new shopping area.
