JM to Build More Houses in New Initiative

JM is now gearing up to increase production of single-family homes. In a first step JM is forming JM Houses as a separate department within JM Residential Stockholm to streamline and increase production of single-family homes throughout the region. Anneli Svensson has been appointed head of the new house department.

Interest in living in single-family homes is strong among JM's customers and is expected to grow even stronger in the future. A Nordic study group within JM has therefore worked on developing and refining JM's already popular single-family home concept.

"For our customers the decision mainly means a larger supply of attractive single-family home neighborhoods not just in Stockholm, but in the long term, even throughout the rest of Sweden," says Anneli Svensson, head of JM Houses. The aspiration is to become the Nordic leader in single-family homes.

The head of the new single-family home department is Anneli Svensson, whose most recent position was project manager for JM's startup phase in Finland. Recruitment to the new department is underway.
