JM wins contracting assignment worth around MSEK 250 in central Stockholm JM Entreprenad Stockholm has been chosen by Diligentia to carry out the Jericho development project in central Stockholm - a contract worth around MSEK 250. The assignment includes new construction and conversion of Televerket's former premises on Regeringsgatan into offices, shops and 47 apartments. Ernst & Young is to lease some 15000 sq. m. of the office space with occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2001.
