Johan Bergman leaving JM’s Board

Johan Bergman has announced that he is resigning from JM’s Board of Directors with immediate effect. The reason for his decision is a potential conflict of interest between JM’s activities and Johan Bergman’s position as CEO of Niam AB, since Niam has increasingly become involved in the development of residential projects in the Stockholm area.
