More of JM in Sannegården

In 2003 JM began production of 450 apartments in Västra Sannegårdshamnen. The area, being a part of Norra Älvstranden in Gothenburg, is very popular. Now JM purchase property for building another 100 apartments in Sannegården. The acquisition price is SEK 60 million. The acquired property was owned by Norra Älvstranden utvecklings AB.

- Norra Älvstranden is by far the most expansive area in Gothenburg and therefore one of the most important to us. With 550 apartments in Sannegården we are strengthening our position in Norra Älvstranden, says Anders Lundberg, Regional Manager, JM Dwellings West.

There has been – and still is – a great interest in Sannegården, not least by middle aged couples who have sold their house and moved in to town. Now even more young people discover the area. 170 of the 450 apartments in Västra Sannegårdshamnen are produced and tenants have moved in. The production of phase 2 is underway and the first tenants are expected to move into the area during spring 2008.

The last 100 apartments will be produced beginning in the middle of 2008. Sale will start during autumn 2008.

Payment will be made by 25 % when the detailed development plan has gained legal force and also in two equal shares one and two years respectively after the detailed development plan has gained legal force.
