JM has closed an agreement with Peab on construction of 75 residential units for the Kaj 33 tenant-owner co-operative in the Dockan area of Malmö. Dockan is a new district by the sea that is close to the city centre, services, transport connections and recreation. Some 245 residential units have already been built or are currently in production in the Dockan district. JM has partnered with the architectural firm of Lasse Vretblad arkitekter for this project. The apartments will be from 50 to 131 sq. m. with balconies and functionally designed floor plans. The units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2007. Peab has been commissioned to build the units for JM. The total contract is worth SEK 108 million for Peab. Stockholm 2005-08-30 JM AB Corporate Communications
