New Regional Managers Appointed to JM in Stockholm

Today Pär Vennerström and Sofia Ljungdahl have each been appointed to the position of Regional Manager for two newly established regions within JM Residential: “Stockholm Northeast Region” and “Stockholm Northwest Region”.

- With a strong commitment and long experience Pär and Sofia is a valuable contribution to our team, says Anette Frumerie, business unit manager at JM Residential Greater Stockholm. The new structure for JM in the north of Stockholm is a natural step in the JM strategy. A great deal of the growth in Stockholm has been right here and through this division we make further growth possible at the same time as we stand better equipped for future challenges.

Pär Vennerström, 34, holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm with a major in civil engineering. He has been with JM since 2001. He has been project manager since five years ago. He has worked on the Essinge Udde project and the ongoing Liljeholmskajen project in Stockholm, among others. Prior to becoming project manager, he was an assistant project manager and technical project manager for JM’s intelligent buildings unit (JM Smarta Hus). Prior to joining JM, he worked as a project manager for the Skanska construction company.

Sofia Ljungdahl, 38, holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Chalmers University of Technology with a major in civil engineering. Sofia has been a project manager for JM since 2002 and is also supervisor for the interior decorators within JM Residential Stockholm. She joined JM in 1995 as a trainee in the company’s trainee programme. Over the years, she has worked as a construction supervisor and project engineer for JM in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
