Pär Vennerström Business Unit Manager for JM Property Development

Pär Vennerström, who has been the business unit manager for JM Residential Stockholm since 2014, will also take over as of June 1, 2024, as business unit manager for JM Property Development. This is as a result of Mikael Åslund, former business unit manager for JM Property Development, taking over as President and CEO of JM.

JM’s Property Development business unit develops rental units, residential care units, and commercial premises, and is responsible for the property management business JM@home. Pär Vennerström has extensive experience with JM and of working in JM’s executive management and has also previously held the role of business unit manager for JM Property Development. In addition, both business units have a natural close cooperation through the geographic focus on the Stockholm area. The change also entails that the number of members in executive management will be reduced from 11 to 10.

– I am pleased on behalf of the company that Pär is taking responsibility for JM’s Property Development business unit. His extensive experience at JM and in our business means valuable continuity for the business going forward. An executive management team with fewer members but with maintained competence is also a step toward a more efficient management work, says President and CEO Mikael Åslund.
