Payment of the redemption amount will take place on Aug. 30, - 07

The Swedish Companies Registration Office has today registered a reduction of JM’s share capital of SEK 3,375,456, through redemption by way of redemption of 3,375,456 shares in JM, and a reduction of JM’s statutory reserve of SEK 754,774,557. Following redemption, JM’s share capital will amount to SEK 88.9 million divided into 88,914,308 shares. In total SEK 1,012,636,800 will be transferred from VPC to the shareholders on August 30, 2007.
