Per Löfgren is the new sustainability manager at JM, as well as head of the quality and environment department within operations development. He will take on his new duties as of January 20, 2014.

Per Löfgren most recently worked at IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, and he is also CEO of BASTA (an independent environment assessment system for building and construction products; JM was one of BASTA's initiators). JM was the first construction company to start assessing building supplies in terms of the environment back in the 1990s, and BASTA is an important component in these efforts today.

-       "Per will be a powerful addition to our operations and to JM's continued development of sustainable urban planning. His background in building and environmental issues at IVL will greatly benefit these efforts," says Lennart Henriz, Quality and Environmental Director at JM.
