Postponed record day for JM’s share split

As stated in the press release of April 27, 2006 the Annual General Meeting adopted a 4:1 share split, whereby one share is replaced by four new shares of the same kind. The record date for the split was preliminarily planned for June 12, 2006. This date will be postponed a couple of weeks for administrative reasons and it is estimated that new information is given in a press release in the beginning of next week.
