Première for new area in Sävedalen in Gothenburg JM is now starting sales of the first phase of houses in Ekåsen, Sävedalen. The area is about 10 minutes from the centre of Gothenburg and semi-detached and terraced houses are under construction. In the first phase two-storey freehold houses, 137 sq.m. and 142 sq.m., are being sold. The houses have four to five rooms and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are open plan and a straight staircase in the middle of the house leads to the second floor. One house type has an opening between the floors which gives the interior extra space. The houses will be connected to the district heating system with under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor. Ready for occupation from spring 2004.
