SEK 69 million in earnings from JM’s Frösunda Park

During 2006 JM signed agreements with Vasakronan for the sale of commercial buildings and commercial building rights at Frösunda Park, Solna, Stockholm. The occupancy rate in the commercial building (building 1) reached 93 percent in March 2007.

Earnings from JM’s project development of the commercial building at Frösunda Park, building 1, and zoned land for building 2 and 3 in the same area total SEK 63 million at current occupancy rate. Sales value total SEK 453 million. The earnings are reported in Q1 2007. The tenants will move into the commercial building no later than December 2007. The main part of the purchase sum will be paid no later than by the end of 2007.
